半数男性愿当全职奶爸

Married men outnumber women when it comes to having a supportive attitude toward stay-at-home fathers, showed a recent survey by the China Youth Daily.
《中国青年报》近期的一项调查显示，已婚男性赞成全职奶爸的比例高于已婚女性。

Of the 1,987 married people surveyed, 52.4% of male respondents are supportive of men being a full-time caregiver of children, whereas the figure among women was slightly lower, standing at 45.8%.
这项对1987名已婚青年进行的一项调查显示，52.4%的受访男性对全职奶爸持赞成态度，而对全职奶爸持赞成态度的女性比例略低，为45.8%。

"The fact that dads are willing to be more involved in their children's lives shows that the traditional mentality of 'career husband and domestic wife' is changing," said Zhang Baoyi, a professor on sociology at the Tianjin Academy of Social Sciences, adding that society is accepting diverse values and ways of parenting.
天津市社会科学院社会学教授张宝义认为，父亲愿意更多地参与育儿活动，体现了"男主外、女主内"的传统理念正在变化，社会对多样化价值观和育儿方式的接受度越来越高。

People around the world are taking to social media to voice their concerns about the world's largest tropical rainforest.

Many of them are specifically asking Bezos for help: After all, he's the founder and CEO of e-commerce giant Amazon.

Bezos' 865.5 billion dollar company gets its name from the Amazon river, which winds its way through the South American rainforest.

Bezos has not publicly commented on the fires.

>Mortgage rate based on LPR
个人住房贷款利率'换锚'

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) announced Sunday that it will replace the loan benchmark interest rate with the loan prime rate (LPR) as a benchmark for setting the interest rate of newly issued commercial individual housing loans.
25日，中国人民银行宣布新发放商业性个人住房贷款利率的定价基准将由贷款基准利率变换为贷款市场报价利率(LPR)。

Starting from Oct 8, the interest rate of newly issued commercial individual housing loans will be based on last month's LPR of the corresponding term, while certain basis points will be added, the PBOC said in a statement.
央行发布的公告表示，自10月8日起，新发放商业性个人住房贷款利率以最近一个月相应期限的LPR为定价基准加点形成。

The housing loan interest rate for first-time buyers should not be lower than the LPR of the corresponding term, while that for second-time buyers should not be lower than the combined level of the LPR and 60 basis points.
首套个人住房贷款利率不得低于相应期限LPR，二套个人住房贷款利率不得低于相应期限LPR加60个基点。

Housing loan contracts already inked or in implementation will not be affected by the new rules. 
存量个人住房贷款利率不受新政影响。

>Huawei peaks Top 500 firms
民企500强出炉华为居首

China on Thursday unveiled its latest rankings for its 500 largest private enterprises, with tech giant Huawei atop the list.
"中国民营企业500强"最新榜单22日发布，科技巨头华为居首。

The company's revenue reached 721.2 billion yuan in 2018.
2018年华为营收达7212亿元。

Top companies also include HNA Group, Suning, Amer International, Evergrande, JD.com, Country Garden.
排名居前的企业还包括海航集团、苏宁、正威国际集团、恒大、京东、碧桂园等。

To be listed, an enterprise needed to have revenue exceeding 18.59 billion yuan last year.
本期榜单上榜门槛为2018年企业营收超过185.9亿元。

The total revenue of the top 500 companies reached 28.5 trillion yuan in 2018, up by 16.44% year-on-year, while the number of companies with revenue over 300 billion yuan has risen from nine to 12.
2018年，我国民营企业500强的营收总额达28.5万亿元，同比增长16.44%。其中，营收超过3000亿元的企业数量从9家增至12家。

Twenty of China's private firms were also on the list of the world's top 500 companies, three more than the previous year.
20家民营企业跻身世界500强企业榜单，较前一年增加3家。
