A manhunt is underway after burglars broke into Green Vault at the Dresden Castle in eastern Germany Monday morning, and took off with jewelry reportedly worth up to a billion euros.
25日清晨，一伙窃贼闯入德国东部德累斯顿王宫的绿穹珍宝馆，据报偷走了价值高达10亿欧元(约合人民币77亿元)的珠宝，目前警方已展开搜捕行动。

Burglars switched off a power supply to the royal palace and broke in through a window.

Once inside, the brazen raiders smashed open cabinets and stole three jewellery ensembles which were commissioned by Saxony's former ruler Augustus the Strong in an 18th-century show of power.

Marion Ackermann, director general of the museum, said "the priceless items cannot be sold on the art market legally - they're too well known."

A nationwide trial ceremony of the E-certificate for basic medical insurance was held in Jinan, Shandong province on Sunday, Beijing News reported.
据《新京报》报道，24日，全国医保电子凭证试点在山东省济南市举行首发仪式。

Seven provincial-level administrative regions including Hebei, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Fujian, Shandong and Guangdong will launch this service in some of their cities and districts soon after the ceremony, and it is estimated that the certificate will cover all areas in China in the near future.
此后，河北、吉林、黑龙江、上海、福建、山东、广东七省(市)的部分城市(区)将陆续开通这项服务。预计在不远的将来，医保电子凭证将覆盖全国各地。

The certificate, the only online identifier for insured residents, can make payment and other functions of a medical insurance card faster and easier, a staff member with the National Healthcare Security Administration said.
国家医疗保障局工作人员称，医保电子凭证是参保人的唯一在线标识，可使医保卡支付等功能变得更加快捷方便。

Issued with a unified standard nationwide, residents can apply for insurance services with the certificate across regional borders.
医保电子凭证统一生成，标准全国统一，参保人可以凭证在全国各地跨区办理有关医保业务。

>Crude dismissal of sick worker
网易回应暴力裁员事件

NetEase, an internet company headquartered in Beijing, released two separate statements on Monday apologizing for its "simple and crude way" of discharging an employee who is suffering from serious heart disease.
总部位于北京的互联网企业网易25日发布两则致歉声明，称公司在辞退一名身患严重心脏病的员工时方式"简单粗暴"。

"We paid him during his three-month sick leave and gave him compensation on Sept 19. But we apologize for the simple and crude, unsympathetic approaches and behavior in the process of his dismissal. Sorry, we were wrong," the statements said.
声明中称："在该员工3个月病假期间，公司按时发放了病假工资，并在9月19日给予了裁员补偿，但在处理过程中相关人员确实存在简单粗暴、不近人情等不妥行为。对不起，我们做错了！"

On Saturday, a former NetEase employee posted a story on a WeChat account, claiming that he was forced to leave the company after he was diagnosed with serious heart disease with the excuse of "poor performance", which he disputed.
23日，一名网易前员工在微信上发文，称自己被诊断患有严重心脏疾病后被公司以"绩效不合格"的理由威逼离职，对于这一理由他并不认同。

He said that his request for economic compensation for being laid off and a performance-based bonus for projects he was involved in was also refused by the company. The former employee also said he experienced surveillance and was menaced in the office when he refused to resign. He was eventually forced to leave the company.
该员工还称，他提出的裁员经济补偿和参与项目的绩效奖金也被公司拒绝，在他拒绝离职期间，在办公室遭遇了公司的监视和恐吓，最后他被赶出公司。
