>Disney culls 'Fox' in rebrand

Disney executives have cut the word "Fox" from their 20th Century Fox film studio in an apparent bid to distance it from operations of the previous owner, Rupert Murdoch.

US media suggests Disney does not want to be associated with the media mogul's highly partisan, right-wing Fox News network. However, Disney has not clarified its reasons.

The country is expected to significantly reduce the amount of plastic waste going to landfills and bring plastic pollution under effective control in major cities by 2025, according to the guideline.
根据意见，到2025年，我国重点城市塑料垃圾填埋量将大幅降低，塑料污染得到有效控制。

The production and sale of disposable foam plastic tableware and plastic cotton swabs will be banned by the end of this year, according to the document, jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. The production of household chemicals containing plastic microbeads will be prohibited by the end of this year, and the sale of such products will be barred two years later, it said.

>No massive outbreak for disease
专家回应新型肺炎疫情

The latest evidence has proved that the new virus causing the pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan can spread from human to human, said Zhong Nanshan, head of a high-level expert team organized by the National Health Commission. But the pneumonia outbreak will not evolve into a massive outbreak similar in scale to the SARS outbreak 17 years ago, Zhong said at a news conference on Monday.
