欧佩克+达成减产协议

Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump and Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud supported the agreement on a phased reduction in oil production reached by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and some other major oil producing countries, the Kremlin said Sunday.
克里姆林宫12日称，俄罗斯总统普京、美国总统特朗普和沙特国王萨勒曼对石油输出国组织(欧佩克)和一些其它主要产油国达成的分阶段石油减产协议表示支持。

"Vladimir Putin had a phone conversation with Donald Trump and Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud," the Russian president's press office said in a statement. "The leaders supported the agreement reached by the OPEC+ on the phased voluntary reduction of oil production in order to stabilize global markets and ensure the sustainability of the global economy as a whole," the statement said.
俄罗斯总统府新闻办公室在一份声明中称："普京、特朗普和萨勒曼就此事通了电话，他们对欧佩克+达成的分阶段主动减产协议表示支持。该协议旨在稳定全球石油市场并从整体上确保世界经济的可持续性。"

The OPEC and other crude producers led by Russia, known as OPEC+, agreed on Sunday to reduce output by 9.7 million barrels per day for May-June after four days of talks.
欧佩克和以俄罗斯为首的其他原油生产国组成的欧佩克+联盟经过四天谈判，12日同意于五六月份每日减产原油970万桶。

>Johnson discharged from hospital
约翰逊出院后首度发声

Boris Johnson has been discharged from hospital and will continue his recovery from coronavirus at Chequers.
因感染新冠病毒住院治疗的英国首相鲍里斯·约翰逊已经出院，他将在契克斯继续康复。

The British Prime Minister said NHS staff "saved my life - no question" in a video message, his first public appearance in 10 days.

And he admitted "things could have gone either way" when he was taken to intensive care.

Johnson entered St Thomas' Hospital in central London on April 5 with COVID-19 symptoms. On April 6 the 55-year-old was taken into intensive care for three nights before being moved back to the general ward.

As China slowly eases lockdown restrictions and life returns to somewhat normal conditions, residents have once again started traveling.

Based on a survey of 15,000 people across 100 cities in China at the end of March, Ctrip.com, China's biggest online travel agency, found that 16% of respondents will be ready to travel again in May in time for Golden Week, a five-day public holiday.

However, the vast majority - to the tune of 90% - would prefer to travel domestically, with destinations like Yunnan, Hainan island and Shanghai sweeping the top three preferences.

According to Ctrip.com, roughly 61% of Chinese travelers surveyed indicated that they would feel ready to travel again by August.

>Beijing to reopen schools
北京市公布中高考时间

Students in their final year at junior high and senior high schools in Beijing are scheduled to return to school on May 11 and April 27, respectively, as in-school education for the spring semester has been suspended due to the novel coronavirus epidemic, Li Yi, spokesperson of Beijing's education authority, announced at a news conference on Sunday afternoon, adding that the college entrance examination in Beijing will be held from July 7-10. The entrance examination for high school in Beijing will be held from July 17 to 19, according to him.
北京市教委新闻发言人李奕在12日下午举行的新闻发布会上宣布，由于新冠病毒流行使得春季学期校内教育暂停，北京市初三及高三年级学生将分别于5月11日和4月27日返校学习。李奕还称，北京市高考将于7月7日至10日举行；北京市中考将于7月17日至19日举行。

The students should be back to Beijing two weeks in advance of the resumption of school and finish the 14-day home or integrated quarantine with a negative nucleic acid test result.
学生应在开学前两周返京，在完成居家或集中隔离14天且核酸检测阴性后方可返校开学。

School staff members and teachers should be on duty 10 days earlier than the resumption and get prepared for schooling.
学校教职员工应在复课前10天到校，为开学做好准备。

The time for the resumption of students in other grades, as well as kindergartens and special education schools, will be determined later.
