3月5日，第十三届全国人民代表大会第五次会议开幕，国务院总理李克强向大会作政府工作报告。李克强在政府工作报告中提出了今年发展主要预期目标，其中包括国内生产总值增长5.5%左右，城镇新增就业1100万人以上，粮食产量保持在1.3万亿斤以上等。

China has set its economic growth target at around 5.5 percent in 2022.The GDPtarget is one of the key development goals laid out in a government work report delivered by Premier LiKeqiangto the national legislature, which began its annual session on Saturday.The other main projected targets for development this year include creating over 11 million new urban jobsandkeeping grain output of over 650 milliontonnes.
