11月29日，我国申报的“中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗”在摩洛哥首都拉巴特召开的联合国教科文组织保护非物质文化遗产政府间委员会第17届常会上通过评审，列入联合国教科文组织人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。

China's traditional tea-making was added on Nov 29 to the intangible cultural heritage list of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The item "Traditional tea processing techniques and associated social practices in China" passed the examination at the 17th session of the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rabat, the capital of Morocco.

【知识点】

中国传统制茶技艺及其相关习俗是有关茶园管理、茶叶采摘、茶的手工制作，以及茶的饮用和分享的知识、技艺和实践。自古以来，中国人就开始种茶、采茶、制茶和饮茶，发展出绿茶、黄茶、黑茶、白茶、乌龙茶、红茶六大茶类及花茶等再加工茶，2000多种茶品供人饮用与分享。

传统制茶技艺主要集中于秦岭淮河以南、青藏高原以东的江南、江北、西南和华南四大茶区，相关习俗在全国各地广泛流布，为多民族所共享。成熟发达的传统制茶技艺及其广泛深入的社会实践，体现着中华民族的创造力和文化多样性，传达着茶和天下、包容并蓄的理念。

通过丝绸之路、茶马古道、万里茶道等，茶穿越历史、跨越国界，深受世界各国人民喜爱，已经成为中国与世界人民相知相交、中华文明与世界其他文明交流互鉴的重要媒介，成为人类文明共同的财富。

Guided by the core socialist values, we will develop advanced socialist culture, promote revolutionary culture, and carry forward fine traditional Chinese culture. In doing so, we will be well-placed to meet people’s ever-growing intellectual and cultural needs, consolidate a common intellectual foundation for the whole Party and all Chinese people to strive in unity, and continuously grow China’s cultural soft power and the appeal of Chinese culture.
