Las Fallas Festival: 西班牙瓦伦西亚火祭节，每年3月12日至3月19日举行，已成为西班牙极有特色的节庆，每年都吸引成千上万游客前往当地，放火迎接春天。所谓的fallas 是指上过彩的木头或纸板雕塑而成的作品。Ninots就是用纸制成的模拟像，其题材取自时下的人物或社会现象、问题，极具讽刺性及幽默感。此节源自中世纪，当时木匠为了纪念他们的保护神圣·约瑟夫，有燃烧木制雕像的习俗，后来逐渐演变成火祭节。3月19日是圣·约瑟夫的生日。
