如何写对询函的肯定答复

对询函的肯定答复可以给询问者一个肯定的信息,如接受订货要求、提供所需信息或是和新公司建立贸易上的往来。如果询函来自一家未曾有过业务联系的公司,一个肯定的答复还应表示出合作的意向,甚至可能促成一笔交易。

肯定答复可不是一句“Yes, we can do it.”就可以的,还应该提供一些强调产品或服务的重要信息。下面是一些肯定答复的写作注意事项:

1. Answer promptly, directly, clearly and accurately.
2. Emphasis one or two positive features of your product or service.
3. Choose words and a tone that convince reader to act.
4. Include a sales appeal for the product or service, and build goodwill through the whole letter.
5. End courteously.

下面是对一封要求调整家具的询函的肯定答复,请大家体会一下。

Dear Sirs,

Congratulations on your company's success and plans to open new outlets this year. It will be a pleasure to work together with you again.

Listed below are all the items that you inquired about with the cost for each.

1) Model 34 chairs with plastic seat and back

Price: US$16.99 each
