腾讯入股点评造O2O生态圈

2月19日,大众点评宣布腾讯入股,占股20%,这再度让互联网圈里的小伙伴为之一振。如今,微信已经成为腾讯布局O2O的基石,而大众点评的加入使得腾讯O2O的布局更加“丰满”。

The tie-up is aimed at fostering the leading online-to-offline ecosystem in China, leveraging dianping's high quality offline merchant network and Tencent's social communications platforms such as WeChat and QQ.
此次合作意在打造中国最大的O2O生态圈,使点评的优质线下商家网络与腾讯的微信和QQ等社交平台实现资源互补。
O2O即online-to-offline,指的是将线下的商务机会(offline business opportunities)与互联网结合,让互联网成为线下交易的前台。这个概念最早来源于美国。O2O的概念非常广泛,只要产业链中既可涉及到线上,又可涉及到线下,就可通称为O2O。
电子商务时代已经很普遍的商务模式包括:B2C(business to consumer,商家对客户)、B2B(business to business,商家对商家)、C2C(consumer to consumer,个人对个人)等。
