教育部、人力资源和社会保障部、国务院扶贫办3部门日前联合下发通知，要求各地各高校采取举措助力52个未摘帽贫困县建档立卡贫困家庭的4.5万名2020届高校毕业生就业。
China will take steps to help 45,000 new college graduates from impoverished families in 52 poor counties nationwide seek employment, according to a circular made public recently. The document was jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the State Council Leading Group Office of Poverty Alleviation and Development.

增加就业是贫困家庭最有效最直接的脱贫方式。今年是决战决胜脱贫攻坚收官之年，千方百计促进52个未摘帽贫困县建档立卡贫困家庭2020届高校毕业生就业是重大政治任务。
通知要求，实施好“建档立卡贫困家庭毕业生专升本专项计划”，专项招收本地高职（专科）2020届贫困家庭毕业生，单独组织录取；推动第二学士学位优先招录；优先提供实习见习机会，开展职业技能培训和就业指导。“特岗计划”等中央基层项目向贫困家庭毕业生倾斜，确保应招尽招；科研助理岗位确保优先录用；鼓励贫困家庭毕业生积极参军入伍；鼓励贫困县开发扶贫公益岗位吸纳贫困家庭毕业生回户籍地工作。
通知指出，要积极举办线上线下专场招聘活动；广泛发动校友企业等优先招聘贫困家庭毕业生。各地人力资源社会保障部门要建立未就业贫困家庭毕业生实名帮扶机制。要用好东西扶贫协作、对口支援等扶贫工作机制，为贫困家庭毕业生争取更多就业机会；鼓励支援省份和单位提供公益岗位，为未就业贫困家庭毕业生提供兜底保障。

今年是脱贫攻坚决战决胜之年，解决好贫困群众就业问题非常重要。各级党委和政府要加大扶持力度，通过各种方法保障贫困群众就业。
