8月23日，2021年全国节能宣传周正式启动，在全社会提倡能源资源节约利用，助推绿色低碳发展。宣传周期间，全国各地区各部门将开展一系列线上线下活动，在公众中倡导绿色低碳生活方式。

A national campaign was launched on Aug 23 to promote energy and resource conservation as well as green and low-carbon development. During the weeklong campaign, online and offline events will be held to advocate a green and low-carbon lifestyle.

今年的宣传周是我国第31个全国节能宣传周，于8月23日至29日举办，主题为“节能降碳，绿色发展”。

实现绿色发展，事关每一个人的切身利益，需使选择绿色低碳生活方式成为人民群众的自觉行为。要改变传统消费模式，引导、奖励和促进绿色消费，因地制宜推进生活垃圾分类和减量化、资源化，以提升交通系统智能化水平来引导绿色出行，并深入开展爱国卫生运动。力争在全社会形成崇尚绿色低碳生活方式的良好氛围，全面推动绿色发展。

要建设资源节约、环境友好的绿色发展体系，实现绿色循环低碳发展、人与自然和谐共生，牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念，形成人与自然和谐发展现代化建设新格局。
