当地时间12月21日，正在黎巴嫩进行访问的联合国秘书长安东尼奥·古特雷斯举行新闻发布会。

在回答记者关于“是否确认出席北京冬奥会开幕式”的提问时，古特雷斯称，

此前，联合国秘书长古特雷斯的发言人迪雅里克已在12月9日的例行记者吹风会上确认了这一消息。

外交部发言人赵立坚表示：
