第二十三届中国国际投资贸易洽谈会将于9月8日至11日在福建厦门举办，预计有近100个国家和地区、约8万名客商参加展会，巴西、塞尔维亚、卡塔尔三个国家担任本届投洽会的主宾国。

The 23rd China International Fair for Investment & Trade (CIFIT) will be held from Sept. 8 to 11 in Xiamen, east China's Fujian Province. The fair is expected to attract about 80,000 merchants from nearly 100 countries and region. Brazil, Serbia and Qatar will be present as the guest countries of honor at this year's fair.

【知识点】

中国国际投资贸易洽谈会（简称“投洽会”）致力于打造双向投资促进、权威信息发布和投资趋势研讨三大平台，已经成为全球最具影响力的国际投资盛会之一。

本届洽谈会主旨论坛以“投资中国 共创开放繁荣的美好未来”为主题，采用“1+1+3+N”的形式。其中，第一个“1”是举办一场外资企业圆桌会，第二个“1”是开展一场主题论坛，即福建专场推介活动，“3”是举办三场产业投资趋势专题研讨，分别聚焦绿色发展、智能制造、股权投资三大议题，“N”场配套活动，主要是专题信息发布和项目对接，包括外商投资促进专题发布会，将发布《中国外资统计公报》《中国外商投资指引》《中国外商投资报告》等3份年度报告。投洽会期间还将举办“丝路海运”国际合作论坛，发布《2023“丝路海运”蓝皮书》；举办海丝中央法务区论坛等系列活动，护航海上丝绸之路法治化营商环境建设；展示中菲、中印尼经贸创新发展示范园区建设成果，宣介共建“一带一路”新旗舰项目。

目前，已有近40位副部级以上的外国政府官员确认出席，预计有近100个国家和地区、近1000个客商团组、约8万名客商参加展会。联合国贸发会议等多个国际组织将参会，较往届在数量和参与程度上均有提升。

【重要讲话】

我愿重申，中国扩大高水平开放的决心不会变，中国开放的大门只会越开越大。中国将持续打造市场化法治化国际化营商环境，高水平实施《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》，推动高质量共建“一带一路”，为全球工商界提供更多市场机遇、投资机遇、增长机遇。

I wish to reiterate that China's resolve to open up at a high standard will not change, and that the door of China will open still wider to the world. China will continue to foster an enabling business environment that is based on market principles, governed by law and up to international standards. China will pursue high-standard implementation of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and offer more market, investment and growth opportunities to the global business community.

建设更高水平开放型经济新体制是我们主动作为以开放促改革、促发展的战略举措，要围绕服务构建新发展格局，以制度型开放为重点，聚焦投资、贸易、金融、创新等对外交流合作的重点领域深化体制机制改革，完善配套政策措施，积极主动把我国对外开放提高到新水平。

Establishing new systems for a higher-level open economy is a strategic measure to promote reform and development through opening up. Centering around fostering a new development pattern, institutional opening up should be the focus when it comes to further reform of systems and mechanisms in such key areas for international exchange and opening up as investment, trade, finance, and innovation, so as to improve supporting policies and measures, and proactively elevate the country's opening up to a higher level.
