The opening ceremony of the 2023 China Cybersecurity Week was held in Fuzhou, Fujian province, East China, on Monday.

【知识点】
2023年国家网络安全宣传周由中央宣传部、中央网信办、教育部、工业和信息化部、公安部、中国人民银行、国家广播电视总局、全国总工会、共青团中央、全国妇联等部门联合举办。宣传周主题为“网络安全为人民，网络安全靠人民”，将在全国范围内持续开展至9月17日。围绕党的十八大以来网络安全领域取得的重大成就开展主题宣传活动，通过论坛、研讨、展览、竞赛等形式，党政机关、科研机构、高校、企业、社会组织、群众等各方力量广泛参与网络安全宣传活动，全面营造全社会共筑网络安全防线的浓厚氛围。
网络安全宣传周期间，将围绕关键信息基础设施安全保护、云计算服务安全、汽车数据安全、网络安全标准与实践、青少年网络保护、网络安全服务产业发展等主题举办14场分论坛和主题活动。还将举办校园日、电信日、法治日、金融日、青少年日、个人信息保护日等主题日活动，以及网络安全进社区、进农村、进企业、进机关、进校园、进家庭等宣传普及活动，推动提升全社会网络安全意识和防护技能。

【重要讲话】
党的十八大以来，我国网络安全和信息化事业取得重大成就，党对网信工作的领导全面加强，网络空间主流思想舆论巩固壮大，网络综合治理体系基本建成，网络安全保障体系和能力持续提升，网信领域科技自立自强步伐加快，信息化驱动引领作用有效发挥，网络空间法治化程度不断提高，网络空间国际话语权和影响力明显增强，网络强国建设迈出新步伐。

The overall leadership of the Party has been strengthened over the internet and information technology sector, the mainstream public opinion in cyberspace has been consolidated and developed, a comprehensive internet governance system has been basically formed, and the capacity and system for safeguarding cyber security has been improving. China has accelerated the efforts to build self-reliance and strength in internet and information technology, the leading role of information technology as a driving force for development has been given full play, the rule of law in cyberspace has been constantly improved, a greater say in international affairs and influence in cyberspace has been gained and strengthened, making a new leap forward in building China into a country with strong cyber strength.
