But some ways to incorporate it into your food is blending nori into your salt and making, like, a seaweed salt."

"Seaweed absorbs CO2 as they grow, one of the main gases causing climate change. Seaweed products are also used as cattle feed. We've seen that the use of seaweed additives in cattle reduces methane emissions from this food product by about 90% and that's an incredible effect because methane is one of the main gases causing climate change."
