据中国国际贸易促进委员会1月30日介绍，2023年，全国贸促系统共签发出境ATA单证册9273份，同比增长191.97%。

China's national trade promotion system issued 9,273 Admission Temporaire/Temporary Admission (ATA) Carnets in 2023, surging by 191.97 percent year on year, said the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) on January 30.

【知识点】

ATA单证册是一本国际通用的海关通关文件，是世界海关组织为暂时进出境货物而专门创设的，也被称为“货物通关护照”。

据介绍，2023年，全国贸促系统累计签发原产地证书、ATA单证册、商事证明书等各类证书621.02万份，较上年同比增长16.05%。其中，全国贸促系统非优惠原产地证书签证金额共计3822.09亿美元，同比增长7.13%；签证份数共计391.43万份，同比增长13.44%。

全国贸促系统优惠原产地证书签证金额共计651.52亿美元，同比增长7.07%；签证份数共计167.69万份，同比增长21.54%。全国贸促系统签发原产地证书，特别是优惠原产地证书签证量的稳定增长，说明随着我国加大自贸协定实施推广力度等稳外贸政策效应的逐步显现，我国外贸企业出口享惠的能力和水平也不断提升。
