UK man Derek Burdon took photographs with his mobile phone in London and it captured 4 curious lights with strange shapes hovering over the Houses of Parliament, sparking a UFO debate, local media said Wednesday. Burdon took the photographs 16 floors up from Covent Garden.(See photo)
