“核”问题一直是国际社会一谈再谈的热门。针对朝鲜本月9日进行的地下核试验，外交部发言人刘建超再次重申：中国政府的一贯立场是坚持半岛无核化目标，反对核扩散，主张通过对话和谈判解决朝鲜半岛核问题。

由报道可知，“无核化”、“核扩散”相应的英文表达分别为“denuclearization”和“proliferation of nuclear weapons”。Denuclearization（无核化）源于动词denuclearize（使非核武器化），在此，前缀“de-”表否定，意思是“除去”，如：defreeze（解冻、融化）、defrost（除霜）、defuse（拆除雷管）。
