“双节”期间，北京预计接待游客超1280万人次 Beijing to welcome 12.8 million tourists during upcoming holiday

9月26日，北京市文化和旅游局介绍，根据在线平台预订预测数据，“双节”假日，北京为热度最高的国内旅游目的地城市，预计全市接待游客1283万人次。

Beijing is set to experience a tourism boom during the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, which will last from Sept. 29 to Oct. 6 this year, with more than 12.8 million people expected to visit the city.

今年的中秋和国庆假期将从9月29日持续至10月6日，在此期间，北京将迎来旅游热潮，预计将有1280多万人到访。

It is estimated that the number of visitors to the Chinese capital during the holiday will be up 60.8 percent year on year, or up 21.9 percent from the 2019 pre-COVID figure.

游客数量按可比口径同比增长60.8%，比2019年同期增长21.9%。

About 5.5 million of those visitors will travel from other parts of China, up 192.4 percent year on year.

其中，接待外地来京游客550.4万人次，同比增长192.4%。

The city will organize 2000 cultural activities for holiday visitors, including several classic and popular dramas and operas that will be staged.

北京将为游客推出2000多项文化活动，包括将上演数部经典和流行的戏剧和歌剧。

Public venues such as museums will also make adjustments to meet the cultural consumption demand of tourists during the holiday, with many expanding their visitor capacities, extending their opening hours and implementing other experience-optimization measures.

博物馆等公共活动场所也将进行调整，以满足游客在假期期间的文化消费需求，许多场所将增加每日接待服务量，延长开放时间，并采取其他体验优化措施。
