Du Li, the reigning Olympic Champion, entered Saturday's final in first place, tied to her teammate Yin Wen. The two athletes led the final dueling for the first position right to the sixth final shot, when the young Yin missed scoring a frustrating 8.6.

在体育词汇中，“射击选手”一般用“shooter”来表达。不过，就感情色彩而言，“marksman”更能体现出“射击手高超的射技”，也就是咱们汉语中所谓的“枪神、神枪手、神射手、射击能手”。

相应的，“女枪神”可表达为“markswoman”，而“（高超的）枪法”一般表达为“marksmanship”，如：an impressive display of marksmanship（精湛的射击表演）。
