Woman befriends robber

A 23-year-old woman surnamed Chen moved a robber so deeply that he let her go. Chen encountered the robber when she was alone in an elevator. She remained calm and asked whether the robber needed any help. After learning he was in debt, she kindly recommended that he apply for a loan. She even accompanied him to get a Band-Aid after he cut his finger accidentally during the robbery.
