上头是一个网络词语，指一时冲动、失去理智，起初出自竞技游戏Dota玩家中。

而在看《亲爱的热爱的》的时候的“上头姐妹”们，明显就是被男主以及甜蜜的剧情“冲昏了头脑，疯狂迷恋，不能自拔”。
