>Legend the sexiest man alive
传奇哥获评最性感男人

R&B crooner John Legend, who is known for his silky-smooth vocals, has been named the "Sexiest Man Alive" by "People" magazine.
以柔和流畅的声线而闻名的R&B歌手约翰·传奇近日被《人物》杂志评为"当今最性感男人"。
Legend tells the magazine that the honor comes with some pressure after following Idris Elba, who was last year's winner.
传奇哥在接受该杂志采访时表示,在2018年的最性感男人伊德瑞斯·艾尔巴之后获得这一称号让他倍感压力。

The 40-year-old Legend is a 10-time Grammy winner. He scored an Oscar in 2015 for co-writing the song "Glory" from the film "Selma."

A 17th-century copy of Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" was sold on Tuesday at Sotheby's auction house in Paris for 552,500 euros, much more than the initial valuation of 70,000-90,000 euros.
19日,达芬奇名作《蒙娜丽莎》的一幅仿制品在巴黎苏富比拍卖行售出,成交价格为55.25万欧元。这幅仿制品创作于17世纪,初始估价为7-9万欧元,远低于最终成交价。

"This amazing result testifies to the power of the lasting fascination of this iconic painting," said Baukje Coenen, a director at Sotheby's, in a statement about Tuesday's sale.

The "Mona Lisa" itself, on which da Vinci began work in 1503, has hung at the Louvre Museum in Paris for more than 200 years.

A paw-sitive car journey is guaranteed to the passengers of an unusual taxi service in Ukraine.

Oleksandr Zigulya is the cat taxi driver and he hopes his cat, Tea, will charm a loyal clientele.

Zigulya, 29, said he wanted clients to feel at home in his car, but knew that a few elements were missing.

The money made by social-media influencers has risen meteorically in the last few years, according to a new report.

Marketing firm Izea found the average price of a sponsored photo on Instagram has jumped from $134 in 2014 to $1,642 in 2019.

For a sponsored blog post it has soared from $7.39 in 2006 to $1,442 in 2019.
