40岁以下商界精英榜单

Fortune (Chinese version) released the latest 40 Chinese Business Elites under-40.
近日，《财富》中国发布"中国40位40岁以下的商界精英"最新榜单。

Zhang Yiming, founder and CEO of ByteDance; Xu Li, co-founder and CEO of image recognition startup SenseTime; and Didi Chuxing CEO Cheng Wei have positions on the list.
字节跳动创始人兼首席执行官张一鸣、图像识别初创企业商汤科技联合创始人兼首席执行官徐立、滴滴出行首席执行官程维均上榜。

The 40 on the list come from different industries including recreation media, artificial intelligence, transportation, logistics, food, e-commerce, drugs and agriculture.
上榜的40位精英来自娱乐媒体、人工智能、交通运输、物流、食品、电商、药品、农业等各行各业。

As many as 38 of the 40 were born in the 1980s.
40人中有38人出生于上世纪八十年代。
Nine of the 40 are less than 35 years old including two who were born in 1990s.
9人年龄还不到35岁，其中有两位是90后。

Fortune said the 40 Chinese business leaders have not only made achievements in business but also tried every means in dealing with public issues to realize win-win progress in terms of both enterprises and the society during the COVID-19 outbreak.
《财富》表示，新冠肺炎疫情期间，这40位商界领袖不仅在商业上取得了成功，而且在处理公共问题上尝试了各种方法，实现了企业和社会的双赢。

>Probe survives 500 Earth days
'嫦娥四号'月背着陆500天

China's Chang'e-4 probe has survived 500 Earth days on the far side of the moon.
我国的"嫦娥四号"探测器已经在月球背面度过500个地球日。

The lander and the rover Yutu-2 have resumed work for the 18th lunar day on the far side of the moon after "sleeping" during the extremely cold night.
着陆器和"玉兔二号"月球车在月球背面结束了寒冷的月夜休眠，迎来第18月昼工作期。

The lander woke up at 3:25 am Sunday (Beijing time), and the rover awoke at 11:53 am Saturday. Both are in normal working order, according to the Lunar Exploration and Space Program Center of the China National Space Administration.
来自国家航天局探月与航天工程中心的消息，"嫦娥四号"着陆器和"玉兔二号"月球车分别于北京时间17日3时25分和16日11时53分结束休眠，正常开展工作。

The Chang'e-4 probe, launched on Dec 8, 2018, made the first-ever soft landing on the far side of the moon on Jan 3, 2019.
"嫦娥四号"探测器2018年12月8日发射升空，2019年1月3日成为人类历史上首个在月球背面软着陆的探测器。

A lunar day equals 14 days on Earth, and a lunar night is the same length.
月球上一个白天或黑夜的时间相当于地球上的14天。

The Chang'e-4 probe switches to dormant mode during the lunar night due to the lack of solar power.

>Latest US curb on Huawei
美对华为出口管制升级

China's Ministry of Commerce urged the US government on Sunday to immediately stop abusing export control measures and pledged to take all necessary measures to protect the legitimate and lawful interests of Chinese businesses.
17日，中国商务部敦促美国政府立即停止滥用出口管制措施，并承诺采取一切必要措施保护中国企业的合法权益。

The comments came after the US Department of Commerce issued new rules, due to take effect in September, that will block Chinese tech giant Huawei and its suppliers from using US technologies to design and manufacture semiconductors.
中国是在美国商务部发布出口管制新规后发布上述评论的。该新规将禁止中国科技巨头华为公司及其供应商使用美国科技设计和制造半导体，将于9月生效。

"It is a violation of market principles and fair competition. The US government, in the name of national security, used national power and abused export control measures to crack down on specific companies in other countries," the Ministry of Commerce said in a statement on its website.
商务部在其官网发布声明称："美方动用国家力量，以所谓国家安全为借口，滥用出口管制等措施，对他国特定企业持续打压、遏制。"

"The US government is ignoring the basic rules of international economics and trade and it also poses a serious threat to the safety of the global industrial and supply chain, said the ministry.
"是对市场原则和公平竞争的破坏，是对国际经贸基本规则的无视，更是对全球产业链供应链安全的严重威胁。"

>Masks outdoors no longer required
低风险场所可不戴口罩

The health authorities said people are not required to wear masks when in safe social distance.
疾控中心称，当人们能保持安全的社交距离时，可以不佩戴口罩。

Feng Luzhao, researcher with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said at a news conference on Sunday that it's not necessary to wear masks at outdoor parks and streets as well as playgrounds that are not crowded.
中国疾控中心研究员冯录召在17日的一场新闻发布会上表示，在人比较少的户外公园、街道、操场上，不必佩戴口罩。

"We suggest that people don't wear masks when doing exercise, especially during intense exercise," he said.
冯录召说："我们建议人们在运动，尤其是剧烈运动时不戴口罩。"

"People are not required to wear masks at some areas that have low risks of infection or those spaces that have good ventilation and are maintaining social distancing including offices, meeting rooms, construction sites and schools."
"在低风险区域，或办公室、会议室、建筑工地和学校等能够保持良好通风和社交距离的场所，人们也不必佩戴口罩。"

Feng, however, added that when people enter enclosed environments or public spaces that have crowds of people such as public transportation vehicles and elevators, they need to wear masks.
不过冯录召表示，当人们进入密闭环境或拥挤的公共空间，譬如乘坐公共交通工具和电梯时，则需要佩戴口罩。

"Also, if you feel sick and have symptoms like a cough or fever, wearing a mask is a must to avoid passing your disease to other people," he said.
另外，如果觉得不舒服，出现咳嗽、发热等症状时，须佩戴口罩，避免把病传给其他人。

People are required to wear masks when in the hospital or accompanying family members to see doctors, lowering the risk of getting infected.
当人们去医院或陪同亲人去医院就诊时要佩戴口罩，降低感染风险。
