冬奥会场馆将对公众开放

All the venues for the Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games will open to the public after the Games, the organizers said on Saturday.
3月12日，北京冬奥组委遗产项目负责人刘兴华表示，北京冬奥会、冬残奥会所有场馆赛后将对公众开放。

The National Alpine Ski Center will open some of the slopes to the public for entertainment, said Liu Xinghua, an official in charge of the Games' legacy program with the Beijing 2022 Organizing Committee (BOCOG). " The National Alpine Ski Center will host high-level events as well as being used as a training facility for the Chinese national team and the youth team," Liu added.
刘兴华举例说，延庆国家高山滑雪中心部分场地将持续举办高水平高山滑雪赛事，为专业队伍提供培训基地，部分区域也会开放给公众，供全民健身使用。

The National Speed Skating Oval will become a multi-functional complex combining sports competitions, national fitness, cultural leisure, exhibitions and other programs.
国家速滑馆将会打造成一个集体育赛事、群众健身、文化休闲、展览展示、社会公益五位一体的综合性体育场馆。

>Self-test kits OK'd for earlier detection
居民可购买试剂自测新冠病毒

The State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19 said on Friday that it would allow the public to buy COVID-19 antigen self-test kits in stores and online. The COVID-19 antigen test is a supplementary diagnostic method to the mainstream nucleic acid testing to improve early detection, according to a notice published on the National Health Commission's website.
3月11日，国家卫健委官网发布由国务院联防联控机制综合组制定的《新冠病毒抗原检测应用方案（试行）》，根据方案，社区居民有自我检测需求的，可通过零售药店、网络销售平台等渠道，自行购买新冠病毒抗原检测试剂自测。方案称，抗原检测作为补充手段可以用于特定人群的筛查，有利于提高“早发现”能力。

The antigen test kits can be used by people who have had fever or respiratory symptoms within five days, by people who are under quarantine and other residents who simply want to take a test, the notice said.
抗原检测的适用人群：一是伴有呼吸道、发热等症状且出现症状5天以内的人员；二是隔离观察人员；三是有抗原自我检测需求的社区居民。

People who test positive with the antigen kits should immediately contact local authorities regardless of whether they show symptoms, it said.
抗原自测阳性的人员，不论是否有呼吸道、发热等症状，应立即向所在社区(村镇)报告。

>China detects overseas cyberattacks
我国互联网遭受境外网络攻击

China has detected continuous cyberattacks targeting its internet since late February, the country's cybersecurity watchdog said Friday. Through these attacks, overseas organizations attempted to gain control of computers in China to launch cyberattacks against Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, according to the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC).
国家互联网应急中心3月11日表示，监测发现，2月下旬以来，我国互联网持续遭受境外网络攻击，境外组织通过攻击控制我境内计算机，进而对俄罗斯、乌克兰、白俄罗斯进行网络攻击。

Analysis revealed that most of the internet addresses launching the attacks are based in the United States, said the center, adding that a small number of addresses were found to be based in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands.
经分析，这些攻击地址主要来自美国，也有少量攻击地址来自德国、荷兰等国家。

These attacks have been dealt with to the greatest extent, the center said.
据悉，国家互联网应急中心已对以上攻击行为最大限度予以处置。

>Barack Obama positive for COVID-19
美前总统奥巴马新冠检测阳性

Former US President Barack Obama said on Sunday that he had tested positive for COVID-19.
美国前总统奥巴马3月13日说，他新冠病毒检测结果呈阳性。

"I've had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise," Obama tweeted. He also wrote that he and his wife, Michelle, "are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative."
奥巴马当天在推特上发文说，他近期感觉喉咙发痒，除此之外感觉良好。他和夫人米歇尔均接种了新冠疫苗及加强针。米歇尔新冠病毒检测结果呈阴性。

"It's a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven't already, even as cases go down," the former U.S. president added.
奥巴马提醒，即使在新冠病例减少的当下，未接种新冠疫苗者仍应尽快接种疫苗。

Obama, 60, served as president of the United States from 2009 to 2017.
奥巴马现年60岁，曾于2009年至2017年担任美国总统。
