10月31日晚8点，一年一度的“双11”拉开了大幕，期待已久的网友们纷纷出手，准备清空自己的购物车……

Sales for the Singles' Day shopping festival on Alibaba's business-to-consumer platform, Tmall, kicked off at 8 pm on Monday.

“多地址合并下单”、“购物车商品上限扩容至300个”，这些新改变都让网友们更加期待双11的到来。

但和往年不同的是，今年“退款”成为了热词，登上了微博热搜。原因是商家发货的速度实在是太快，买家刚下完单就发现已经发货了，丝毫不给退款的机会。

有网友感叹，商家们的发货速度甚至能擦出“火星子”。

退款可以说refund，这个词既可以做名词，也可以做动词用。

比如，名词例句：

做动词用时，后面接的宾语既可以是钱，也可以是人：
