China earmarked 1.5 billion yuan on Thursday for repairs to damaged water conservancy facilities in areas severely affected by Typhoon Doksuri, according to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Water Resources.
8月10日，财政部会同水利部下达水利救灾资金15.05亿元，支持受台风“杜苏芮”影响的受灾地区，用于水利工程设施水毁灾损修复。

The funds will be allocated to 13 provincial-level regions: Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Henan and Guangdong.
水利救灾资金将用于北京、天津、河北、山西、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、浙江、安徽、福建、河南、广东等13省（区、市）的水利工程设施修复。

Some rivers have exceeded their warning levels, and the Haihe River Basin has seen flooding due to Typhoon Doksuri, seriously damaging facilities in some areas.
近日，受台风“杜苏芮”影响，海河流域遭遇严重洪涝灾害，部分河流发生超警戒水位以上洪水，造成部分地区水利工程设施损毁严重。

Earlier this month, the two ministries twice allocated funds to help people affected by the typhoon.

China announced the resumption of group tours on Thursday to another 78 countries, including popular destinations such as Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.

The announcement led to a surge in inquiries at travel agencies, which quickly added new travel packages to respond to demand.
