China's military vehicle drivers have been ordered to watch their behavior and abide strictly by the road rules, according to a new regulation of the People's Liberation Army (PLA).

The regulation prohibits speeding, running red lights and drink-driving. Other banned behavior includes dangerous lane changes, fatigue driving and running through restricted areas.

《规定》强调，军车驾驶员应当遵守国家和地方道路交通安全法律、法规，自觉做到不准闯红灯、走禁行路、超速行驶、强行超车、酒后驾车、疲劳驾驶等“十个不准”。
