A strong cold front is continuing to move east, bringing lower temperatures and heavy snow to northern China.
In Inner Mongolia, temperatures fell by 14 degrees Celsius. Heavy fog has lingered in Hebei Province for a week, delaying flights and closing expressways.
And, in the northwest, heavy snow has disrupting public transport in Xinjiang. The Central Meteorological Station says low temperatures will continue in northern China for over a week.
