A bullfrog called Brullie has become the first in the world to be fitted with an artificial leg bone, the Daily Telegraph reported Thursday. After being bitten by a dog, the frog had his shattered lower right leg bone replaced with an inch-long metal pole in an operation in South Africa. Owner Anne Mearns, 62, said: "Frogs are famous for their legs, so the thought of Brullie being left lame broke my heart."(See photo)
