Batman may not be the only upholder of justice who uses a zip-line. These Chinese judges also have to fly through the air to fulfill their public duties. The two officials, members of a five-person local court, ride a zip-line while clutching the national emblem, on their more than 70-kilometer journey to Taoyuan village, which is located more than 1,200 meters above sea level in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality. They are going there to set up a temporary court to solve a civil dispute.
Why do the judges go to the remote Taoyuan village carrying a national emblem?
A. They want to give local villagers legal lessons
B. They want to set up a temporary court
C. They want to mediate a divorce dispute
