说起澳门只知道猪扒包？这里最好吃最好玩的其实是......

一提起澳门旅游，大多数人最先想到的恐怕就是标志性建筑大三巴牌坊以及令人食指大动的猪扒包……

也就是这座“不去就不算到过澳门”的教堂遗址建筑：

以及下面这个诱人系美食，一个涂上黄油的面包中夹着一块香喷喷的猪扒：

当然啦，这座极具旅游发展潜力的宝藏城市可不仅仅只有这些而已。

据最新发布的数据显示，2019年澳门接待的游客数量有望突破4000万人次。

这座土地面积仅30多平方公里、人口仅60多万的南方城市向整个世界展示了自身的旅游业发展潜力。

在庆祝澳门回归祖国20周年之际，中国日报采访了澳门特别行政区政府旅游局局长文绮华 （Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes）。她表示，在澳门回归的20年里，这座城市飞速发展，旅游业更是迎来蓬勃的生机。

蓬勃发展的旅游业

据澳门官方统计数据，在1999年回归之际，澳门年接待游客数量约为700万。

2018年，这个数字就跃升至超过3500万。

而截至2019年10月，澳门已接待超过3300万游客。

Before returning to the motherland, Macao had about 7 million visitors in 1999. In 2018, some 35.8 million visitors came to this special administrative region and the number boomed to over 33 million as of this October, according to the latest report from the Macao Statistics and Census Service.

澳门特区政府旅游局的数据显示，20年前澳门的酒店房间数量约为9000间，如今已超过4万间，全年平均入住率达九成以上。根据联合国世界旅游组织最新统计，2018年澳门旅游收益达402亿美元，位居亚太区第5位，全球第11位。

In 1999 there were only about 9,000 hotel rooms in Macao. Now the number of hotel rooms in Macao has reached 40,000, with an average occupancy of over 90 percent, according to the tourism office. The World Tourism Organization's latest statistics showed that Macao saw tourism revenue of $40.2 billion in 2018, ranking fifth in the Asia-Pacific region, or the 11th in the world.

文绮华说：

For the past 20 years, I would say that we have experienced unprecedented growth especially in tourism. We’ve never seen such big numbers of tourist arrivals in our history.

在过去的20年中，我们经历了前所未有的增长，尤其是在旅游业方面。在澳门的历史中，我们还从未见过如此数量巨大的游客。

说到这里，你一定会好奇，澳门这座城市的吸引力到底来自哪里？为何令无数旅游爱好者心心念念呢？

美食之都

2017年，澳门获得联合国教科文组织创意城市网络“美食之都”称号，成为继成都和顺德之后第3个获此殊荣的中国城市。

2018年初，澳门还推出美食年活动，旨在“打造一座创意城市”。

由于历史原因，澳门土生菜融合葡萄牙和中国美食，使用欧洲、非洲、印度和东南亚的调味料。澳门有17间五星级餐厅，24间获《2019年福布斯旅游指南》大奖。

正看到这里吃货们是不是已经把持不住，想立刻马上飞往澳门一品当地美食呢？

文绮华在采访中也提到，澳门美食对每位游客来说都是一项必不可少的体验，是有关这座城市历史的味觉盛宴：

“I think Macanese food is definitely something to go for when you come here because this is something which talks about the history of Macao.”

我认为澳门美食绝对是任何人来到这里必须要体验的东西，因为历史的脉搏在其间跳动。

在众多澳门美食中，文绮华最钟意的是免治（minchi）：

“I always say that minchi (minced beef) is my favorite food in Macao. It is kind of like minced meat, a comfort food that I always go back to.”

免治是我最喜欢的澳门美食。它是用碎肉做成的，吃完让我满足又回味无穷。

免治

Minchee, or minchi, is a Macanese dish based on minced or ground meat. It is made with beef or pork, flavored with molasses and soy sauce, and served with a fried egg on top.

免治是葡菜的代表之一。这种菜肴通常由剁碎了的牛肉或猪肉制作，加入少量糖蜜和酱油进行调味，装盘后还会在上面加一个煎鸡蛋。

澳门还有许多与葡萄牙结合的菜式，例如葡式海鲜饭：

文绮华说，澳门美食之都的理念就是，希望将美食做为一个创意元素，带动城市未来朝着一个可持续的方向去发展，同时也希望把土生葡人的菜式更好地传承下来。

世界文化遗产

在历史文化方面澳门也从不曾落后。

In 2005, the Historic Center of Macao had been enlisted into World Cultural Heritage. The Ruins of Saint Paul's has become an icon of Macao for the world.

2005年，澳门历史城区成功列入世界文化遗产名录，大三巴牌坊成为澳门的城市名片之一。

联合国教科文组织官方页面介绍道：

With its historic street, residential, religious and public Portuguese and Chinese buildings, the Historic Center of Macao provides a unique testimony to the meeting of aesthetic, cultural, architectural and technological influences from the East and West.

澳门历史悠久的市中心拥有古老的街道、民居、宗教和公共葡萄牙及中式建筑，是东西方在美学、文化、建筑和技术影响方面交汇的独特见证。

The site also contains a fortress and a lighthouse, the oldest in China. It bears witness to one of the earliest and longest-lasting encounters between China and the West, based on the vibrancy of international trade.

该遗址还包括中国最古老的堡垒和灯塔。在蓬勃发展的国际贸易中， 它见证了源远流长的古老中国文明与西方文明的最早交汇。

此外，澳门还拥有独特的节庆文化，既有农历新年、端午节等中国传统节庆，还有复活节、花地玛圣象巡游、圣诞节等西方节日。

澳门每年还会举办格兰披治大赛车、艺术节、国际音乐节、烟花节、美食节、国际影展等盛事。

In addition, every year Macao holds events such as Grand Prix and festivals in art, international music, fireworks, food and international film. These traditional and modern events all add to Macao's attraction to visitors, gaining more recognition from international organizations.

中央政府的大力支持

在此前的新华社采访中，文绮华表示，澳门过去20年的旅游发展得益于内地经济的快速发展和中央政府的诸多有利政策。

In 2003, residents in the Chinese mainland were allowed to visit Macao by personal application. In 2008, the outline of the reform and development plan for the Pearl River Delta region proposed for the first time the position of Macao as a world tourism and leisure center.

2003年，内地开放居民赴澳个人游；2008年，《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要》中首次提出澳门建设世界旅游休闲中心的定位。

China’s 12th and 13th Five-Year Plans also had set forth the major measures to support Macao’s development and make it a world center of tourism and leisure.

国家“十二五”规划、“十三五”规划中专章阐释支持澳门发展的重大举措，支持澳门发展成为世界旅游休闲中心。

更令人关注的是，《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》于今年正式公布；10月，全国人大常委会公布了关于授权澳门特别行政区对横琴口岸澳方口岸区及相关延伸区实施管辖的决定。

The Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area published in 2019 reiterated support for Macao's tourism and leisure industry.

特区政府的努力也举足轻重。

为配合建设澳门成为世界旅游休闲中心，特区政府旅游局2014年推出“星级旅游服务认可计划”，鼓励和支持餐饮、旅行社、零售等行业提升服务质量；2017年公布《澳门旅游业发展总体规划》，制定了澳门旅游业未来15年的发展蓝图和行动纲领。

The tourism office launched the Quality Tourism Services Accreditation Scheme in 2014 to encourage and support travel agencies, food and catering industries, and retailers to enhance service quality.

In 2017, the Macao SAR government issued the Macao Tourism Industry Development Master Plan and set out a blueprint for Macao's tourism development in the next 15 years.

最后，提到澳门带给自己的印象，文绮华局长说，她最喜欢的莫过于澳门的“小镇印象”，一种让人宾至如归的温馨：

“What I like very much about Macao is the kind of small-town and community feeling that makes people feel very much at home.”

我非常喜欢澳门的那种小镇和社区的感觉，让人们有宾至如归之感。
