The third plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee was held from Feb 26 to 28, 2018. The plenary session adopted a decision by the CPC Central Committee on deepening reform of Party and State institutions as well as a plan for the reform. The reform has been planned and advanced within the big picture of deepening reforms in all areas, and is a strategic battle of comprehensively deepening reform.
2018年2月26日－28日，中共十九届三中全会举行。全会通过《关于深化党和国家机构改革的决定》和《深化党和国家机构改革方案》。深化党和国家机构改革是放在全面深化改革大盘子里谋划推进的，是我们打的一次全面深化改革的战略性战役。
