12月7日，国务院联防联控机制综合组公布《关于进一步优化落实新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通知》，提出十个方面进一步的优化要求。“新十条”明确，具备居家隔离条件的无症状感染者和轻型病例可居家隔离，也可自愿选择集中隔离收治。

China released a circular on further optimizing the COVID-19 response on Wednesday, announcing 10 prevention and control measures. If their home conditions allow, asymptomatic carriers and those with mild symptoms can undergo home quarantine. They can also voluntarily opt to stay in centralized quarantine facilities, according to the circular issued by the State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19.

近三年来，我国先后印发九版防控方案和诊疗方案，出台二十条优化措施和进一步的优化措施，以战略的稳定性、措施的灵活性有效应对了疫情形势的不确定性。近三年来，我国拥有了有效的诊疗技术和药物，医疗救治、病原检测、流行病学调查等能力持续提升，疫苗研发和接种取得积极进展，全人群疫苗完全接种率超过90%，群众的健康意识和健康素养明显提升。

此次“新十条”措施的公布，是疫情防控政策朝着更加精准、更加科学的方向迈出的重要一步。这些措施对群众关心的核酸检测，阳性感染者、密切接触者管理，高风险区划定封控，老年人疫苗接种和群众就医用药保障，以及学校疫情防控和涉疫安全保障等防控工作作出进一步优化。

关于隔离方式，“新十条”明确，感染者要科学分类收治，具备居家隔离条件的无症状感染者和轻型病例一般采取居家隔离，也可自愿选择集中隔离收治。居家隔离期间加强健康监测，隔离第6、7天连续2次核酸检测Ct值≥35解除隔离，病情加重的及时转定点医院治疗。具备居家隔离条件的密切接触者采取5天居家隔离，也可自愿选择集中隔离，第5天核酸检测阴性后解除隔离。
