In Japan no matter girls or women or old ladies they all tend to go out with make-up. Actually most Japanese women they do not want to go anywhere without make-up, even just for throwing rubbish away. But you know in China, many people tend to be natural. How about UK? Do British girls make-up a lot? And can they go out without make-up?
