Open Management of Village Affairs

A system promoting rural democracy and protecting the democratic rights of rural residents.

Under this policy, village officials are obliged to make regular reports to the entire village on the financial situation and other major affairs that affect local people's interests. Farmers also have the right to question officials on public issues about which they are curious.
