外交部发言人刘建超表示，中方对德国个别官员指责中方在德从事间谍活动表示强烈不满，要求德相关官员停止一而再、再而三地损害中国形象的恶劣做法。

这里，“blemish image”表示“损害形象”。blemish 表示“弄脏, 玷污, 损害”；作名词时表示“瑕疵，缺点或污点”。
