求职新招：网络“微求职”

“北京少年郎，曾混迹北航，随性远科研，前途尽迷茫；实习在英才，终择招聘行；曾事五百强，又进大街网；初入互联网，心远梦飞翔；我爱三国杀，也迷郭德纲……”这样生动活泼的微简历就是那些microblog job seeker --“微求职者”的大作。

Microblog job seeking refers to a new form of job searching. Netizens post their resume on a microblog site and tweet the posts to their desired employers. It's fast, easy and doesn't cost anything, but it also has a very slim chance of success.

微求职是一种新的求职方式，网民把简历发到微博上，给心仪的雇主留言。这种方式快捷、简单而且没有成本，但是成功几率很小。

Most of the big names and companies you follow won’t follow you back straight away. The best way for you to get noticed by them is to re-tweet or reply to some of their posts, but try to avoid looking like a stalker, and only choose tweets that are relevant to you or your career.

大多数你关注的大人物和大公司都不会很快关注你。想被他们注意到，最好的方法就是转发或回复他们的微博，但尽量别让自己显得像跟踪者一样，只选择那些和你或你的事业相关的微博来回复。
