中共中央、国务院近日印发《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》。《纲要》是指导当前和今后一个时期黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的纲领性文件，是制定实施相关规划方案、政策措施和建设相关工程项目的重要依据。
The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have jointly issued an outline document on the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin. The document, titled "Outline of the Yellow River Basin's Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Plan", will guide the country's ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin, and serve as an important basis for formulating and implementing relevant planning schemes, policies and measures, as well as building engineering projects.

黄河发源于青藏高原巴颜喀拉山北麓，呈“几”字形流经青海、四川、甘肃、宁夏、内蒙古、山西、陕西、河南、山东9省区，全长5464公里，是我国第二长河。黄河流域西接昆仑、北抵阴山、南倚秦岭、东临渤海，横跨东中西部，是我国重要的生态安全屏障，也是人口活动和经济发展的重要区域，在国家发展大局和社会主义现代化建设全局中具有举足轻重的战略地位。
