1978年阿根廷世界杯，以一位正在踢球的高原小男孩作为造型，小男孩穿着阿根廷队队服，右手拿马鞭，头戴传统的阿根廷高原民族礼帽。这也是世界杯历史上连续第三次以人的形象设计出的吉祥物。少年活泼轻快的表情实际上也体现了百废待兴中的阿根廷人期待蓬勃发展的愿望。
