“稳”字当头：回顾近5年政府工作报告对经济社会发展的描述

3月5日上午9时，第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议在人民大会堂开幕，李克强总理向大会做政府工作报告。

报告在回顾上一年工作成果时指出，全年经济社会发展主要目标任务圆满完成，经济运行缓中趋稳、稳中向好。

每一年的政府工作报告都会对上一年的经济社会发展状况作出概述性总结，“稳中有进、稳中向好、缓中趋稳”等以“稳”字为核心的表述也逐渐成为报告中的高频词。

2015年

一年来，我国经济社会发展总体平稳，稳中有进。“稳”的主要标志是，经济运行处于合理区间。
During the past year, China has, overall, achieved a stable performance while at the same time securing progress in its economic and social development. The main indication of this stable performance is that the economy operated within an appropriate range.

经济运行稳中向好。一年来，我们坚持稳中求进工作总基调，统筹稳增长、调结构、促改革，坚持宏观政策要稳、微观政策要活、社会政策要托底，创新宏观调控思路和方式，采取一系列既利当前、更惠长远的举措，稳中有为，稳中提质，稳中有进，各项工作实现了良好开局。
