中国圣诞老人问世 表情包刷屏微博

昨天是圣诞节，就在西方国家热火朝天地庆祝这一重大节日的时候，大洋彼岸的另一头，横空出世的“中国圣诞老人”刷爆社交媒体。

徐锦江照片配文“祝你圣诞快乐”似乎成为今年圣诞节国内网友的最新潮流。

徐锦江出生于1961年，是香港的资深演员（Hong Kong veteran actor），近日因早年与周星驰合作的喜剧电影《九品芝麻官（Hail the Judge）》和《鹿鼎记（Royal Tramp）》中饰演过的形象，而成为最新的网络偶像（the latest internet icon）。

由于他所饰的角色与圣诞老人头戴红帽、脸蓄白胡（with a red hat and white beard）的人设碰巧撞上，网友们纷纷玩起了这个梗……

12月24日，“中国圣诞老人（Chinese Santa Claus）”徐锦江被推上新浪微博热搜榜（most searched hashtags），其照片在很短的时间内被改编成微视频、动图和表情包（adapted into video clips and emojis），一些精明的商家（clever business minds）已在国内电商平台（e-commerce platform）淘宝上推出了相关的定制产品（tailor-made products）。

12月25日，新浪微博也在其表情列表上添加了徐锦江在电影中所饰角色的图像（an image of Tsui's character from the film has also been added into the Sina Weibo emoji list），供用户选用。

为回应网友的热情（in response to the enthusiasm shown by online users），现年57岁的徐锦江表示很高兴获得这个新头衔（get the new title），并在他的官方微博账户上给网友们送上了节日祝福：

圣诞节，红帽子和白胡子的老人给您们带来了最美好的祝愿！

得到“红帽子白胡子老人”本尊亲自回应，网友们非常激动，除了送上圣诞祝福还道出了自己的心声：

"I have been waiting for more than two decades to find the Chinese Santa Claus, and he just appeared. I believe that he is the perfect image in my heart," said a weibo wrote.
一位微博用户写道：“我等中国圣诞老人已经等了20多年了，他才出现。我相信他是我心中完美的形象。”
