1977大包干all-round contract system

家庭联产承包责任制（household contract responsibility system），俗称“大包干”，是由农户以家庭为单位同集体经济组织签定承包合同（allow farming households to contract with the collective economic organizations），主要生产资料仍归集体所有，分配方面实行按劳分配原则（the principle of distribution according to work），生产经营活动中集体和家庭有分有合。1977年，河北邯郸大名县万北村万北一队率先搞起了“大包干”，并尝到了甜头儿。1978年，安徽凤阳县小岗村农民将村内土地分开承包，实行“分田到户，自负盈亏”（entrust the farmland owned by the village collective to individual households who would take full responsibility for their profits and losses），开创了家庭联产承包责任制的先河。1982年，中共中央批转《全国农村工作会议纪要》，家庭联产承包责任制正式确立。
