What kind of benefits package do you offer?

Could you explain “benefits package”?

My comments:

Benefits package refers to benefits, the other good things you get than the salary from your employer. Package because the said benefits are mentioned as a whole, in contrast to the basic salary.

Differing case by case, items in one’s benefits package may include: medical insurance, paid holiday, added pay for overwork, additional pay for business travels, stock options, disability insurance, etc.
