今年第16号台风“罗莎”7日在我国东南沿海登陆，沿海各省全力应对，上海特奥会赛程也为此做出调整。那么，台风“减弱”怎么表达呢？

According to the Fujian provincial observatory, Typhoon Krosa hit land at Fujian Province, bordering Zhejiang, at 3:30pm with a wind speed of 33m per second and moved northwest. By 5pm, the typhoon's ferocity had decreased to the intensity equivalent of a tropical storm.

报道中说，据福建省气象台观测结果，台风“罗莎”已于周日（7日）下午15时30分在浙闽交界处登陆，17时减弱为强热带风暴，以近中心最大风力33米/秒的速度向偏西北方向移动。

这里“decrease” 指台风“减弱”；另外，“ease”,“downgrade” 都可以用来表达台风风力减弱。
