找保姆流行“挖墙脚”

当下，越来越多的女性不再为抚养子女退出职场，给宝宝请一个好保姆是头等大事。由于好保姆难寻，许多妈妈不禁动起了挖邻居家保姆墙角的心思。

Finding the perfect nanny is no mean feat, which is why nanny poaching in the neighborhood is a surprisingly common problem amongst families seeking high quality childcare. To "poach" a nanny is to make a job offer to a nanny despite being fully aware that she’s employed by another family.
如今的职场妈妈比以往任何时候都多，市场上保姆的需求量越来越大。不过想找到一个完美的保姆并非易事，因此在追求高水准儿童看护服务的家庭之间，挖邻居保姆墙脚成了很常见的问题。“挖”保姆就是在明知一名保姆已经被别家雇佣的情况下，仍然邀请对方为自己工作。
