华南师范大学外文学院英语系04级学生。喜欢英文，喜欢听英文歌曲，一首好的英文歌曲不仅让我学到课文里学不到的知识，更让我体味到歌者的人生。令我陶醉的不仅仅是动人的旋律，找到每首歌的触动点，理解每首歌背后的故事才是我最大的享受。除了听歌还喜欢看看书，听歌让我觉得享受，看书让我觉得充实。

 歌手简介：他是四届格莱美奖得主，是R&B音乐教父级人物；他拥有超过两千万张的唱片销售记录，被他魔力嗓音征服的听众数以亿计；他就是Luther Vandross，美国最伟大的黑人男歌手之一。

 我听之我见：随着前奏缓缓响起，一些很原始的情感也会开始慢慢地涌动。返璞归真的歌词极尽平凡，轻盈弥漫的节奏带走所有沉重。一时之间，脑海只剩下那把完美的男声在轻声吟唱。淡淡的感动在涌动,却是来自内心最深处的。

  Words and phrases

1. innocence：在这里表示“天真纯洁”，主要是指小孩子，比如说，Children lose their innocence as they grow older. （童稚的天真随着年龄的增长而消逝。）

2. get one's way：这个词组表示“不顾反对意见为所欲为”，如：She always gets her own way in the end.（她最后总是想怎样就怎样。）

3. be gone：可以表示“离开”，也可以委婉的表示“去世”。

4. cry for sb/sth：因为某人某事物而哭泣，比如说，She cried for joy. （她喜极而泣。）

5. be dying to dance：表示“非常向往跳舞”。
