Chinese actress Fan Bingbing donated 1 million yuan to the relatives of the firemen killed during the Tianjin chemical explosion in August. Fan has been doing her own charitable project, HeartAli, to help cure children with congenital heart diseases in the Ali district in Tibet autonomous region. The project was initiated in 2010, and every year, Fan will go to Tibet herself and bring children in need of surgery to Beijing or Shanghai for operations.

8月天津塘沽爆炸事件后，中国女演员范冰冰向牺牲消防员的家属捐赠了100万元。她是“爱里的心”（HeartAli）公益项目发起人，该项目旨在治愈西藏阿里地区的先天性心脏病患儿。“爱里的心”开始于2010年，每年范冰冰都会亲自入藏，将需要治疗的儿童带至北京或上海进行手术。
