推动经济高质量发展，过去一年习近平这样说

2018年3月20日，十三届全国人大一次会议闭幕会上，习近平发表重要讲话，他提出：

我们要以更大的力度、更实的措施全面深化改革、扩大对外开放，贯彻新发展理念，推动经济高质量发展，建设现代化经济体系，不断增强我国经济实力、科技实力、综合国力，让社会主义市场经济的活力更加充分地展示出来。
We will devote more energy and take more concrete measures in deepening reform in all areas, expanding opening up, applying a new vision of development, promoting high-quality economic development and developing a modernized economy to increase China's economic and technological strength, and composite national strength, so as to better demonstrate the vitality of the socialist market economy.

之后这一年间，习近平在多个场合都提到“高质量发展”，并作出重要部署，我们带大家一起回顾。

防范化解金融风险，事关国家安全、发展全局、人民财产安全，是实现高质量发展必须跨越的重大关口。
Preventing and defusing financial risks is relevant to national security, overall development, and the security of people's property, and is a key threshold that the country must cross to achieve high-quality growth.

实践证明，过去40年中国经济发展是在开放条件下取得的，未来中国经济实现高质量发展也必须在更加开放条件下进行。
What has happened proves that opening-up was key to China’s economic growth over the past 40 years and in the same vein, high-quality development of China’s economy in the future can only be achieved with greater openness.
