文化和旅游部等九部门日前联合印发《关于推进旅游公共服务高质量发展的指导意见》（以下简称“指导意见”）。指导意见提出，利用3到5年时间，基本建成结构完备、标准健全、运行顺畅、优质高效的旅游公共服务体系。

The next three to five years will see China basically establish an efficient tourism public service system featuring a complete structure, sound standards, smooth operation, and high quality, according to a guideline jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and eight other departments on improving tourism public services.

《关于推进旅游公共服务高质量发展的指导意见》提出，利用3到5年时间，基本建成结构完备、标准健全、运行顺畅、优质高效，与旅游业高质量发展相匹配的旅游公共服务体系，旅游公共服务有效供给明显扩大，服务效能明显提升，对薄弱领域、高峰时段和特殊人群的服务保障能力明显增强，人民群众对旅游公共服务的满意度明显提高。

指导意见明确，优化线下旅游服务中心布局，加强线上旅游公共信息服务，加强旅游公共信息服务资源整合；加强旅游交通基础设施建设，提升旅游交通公共服务设施建设和管理水平，优化旅游交通运输服务；加强旅游应急救援机制建设，优化旅游应急救援设施设备布局，增强旅游应急救援的社会参与；开展形式多样的旅游惠民便民活动，推动旅游惠民便民设施建设改造，提升入境旅游公共服务水平；促进文化和旅游公共服务设施功能融合，丰富旅游场所公共文化服务内容，增强公共文化场所旅游吸引力。
